Not a resident?
Kite at Maple House is open to the public, you do not need to be a resident to use this service. Book the car in the app first, then:
- 1Enter the East Tower at Maple House through the main lobby.
- 2Show your booking to the concierge.
- 3Take the elevator to P1 and unlock the car from the app.
- 4Bring the car back through the garage and park it in the same Kite bay.
- 5Exit the building through the lobby again.

How does the free first trip work?
This promotional offer (“Offer”) is available only to customers who have not previously completed a Kite trip before the promotional period. The Offer applies to qualifying first trips completed between August 10, 2026, and 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 15, 2026. To qualify, the applicable promotional code must be entered in the Feedback section prior to the conclusion of the trip. The full standard fare or applicable promotional rate will be charged upon trip completion. An eligible refund for the cost of up to the first sixty (60) minutes of the trip will be initiated within ten (10) business days. The time required for the credit to appear may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution. This Offer is subject to a strict limit of one (1) per customer. Any portion of the sixty (60)-minute promotional benefit that is not used during the qualifying trip has no cash value, is non-transferable, and will not carry forward. The Offer exclusively covers standard trip time; all additional trip time exceeding sixty (60) minutes, along with any incidental charges, is expressly excluded. Kite reserves the right to withhold or revoke the Offer where fraud, abuse, misuse, or a violation of Kite’s Terms of Service is suspected.

What do I need to sign up?
You must be 23 or older with a valid driver’s licence. The Kite app walks you through account approval.
Do I need my own insurance?
No. Insurance is included with every trip.
Who pays for charging?
Charging at the Kite hub is included. If you need to charge while you’re away, public charging costs are your responsibility. The Kite app provides guidance on finding and using compatible charging stations.
Where do I pick up the car?
On P1 in the East Tower at Maple House, in the visitor parking area. Follow the Kite signs to the hub.
Can I book if I don’t live at Maple House?
Yes — the cars are open to the public, not just residents. Book in the Kite app first, then enter the East Tower at Maple House through the main lobby and show your booking to the concierge. Take the elevator to P1 and unlock the car from the app. Bring it back through the garage, park it in the same Kite bay, and exit through the lobby again.
